In such situations, we will act as quickly as possible to resolve the issue, keep guests informed and provide access as soon as the apartment is ready and meets the appropriate conditions for occupancy. The apartment may be handed over at any time between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, without this automatically resulting in additional charges, penalties or financial compensation for either party. This condition reflects the particular characteristics of individually managed holiday apartments and the unforeseen circumstances that may arise during their preparation.
